The 28th Annual Amicalola Wrestling Classic came to an end on Saturday afternoon. After an exciting two days of wrestling, host team Dawson County finished in second place with 201 team points.

Ladies heat up

Dawson County Lady Tigers basketball is on fire. Head Coach Steve Sweat's team averaged 67.6 points per game last week in three wins over Pickens, 63-59, Lumpkin County, 66-33 and Pacelli, 74-5.
