Chestatee Golf Club holds Sunbelt Golf Tour

The Sunbelt Senior Golf Tour, which is the minor leagues of the Champions PGA Tour, will hold a 3-day tournament at Chestatee Golf Club in Dawsonville. The tournament runs through Friday.

Baseball season over

The 2009 Tiger baseball season ended last Friday with a doubleheader loss to Banks County, 15-5 and 18-5, in Dawsonville. The team finished the season with a 7-11 overall record. The team lost six of their last seven games.
