If you haven’t cast your votes for the businesses, restaurants and local organizations nominated for the Best of Dawson 2021 awards, time is running out.

All votes for the contest must be in before midnight on Jan. 31 to be counted for this year’s awards.

Voting takes place online and ballots can be accessed by visiting https://dawson.secondstreetapp.com/The-Best-of-Dawson-2021/ or by clicking on the Best of Dawson tab at the top of every Dawsonnews.com page.

Winners will be announced in a special edition magazine that will insert into the Dawson County News on March 24.

A special event for the award winners will be hosted by the Dawson County News in late March. More details will be announced at a later date.
