Gold Creek Foods, founded and headquartered in Dawsonville, acquired a forth distribution and production facility.

The 24-acre site is off White Sulphur Road in Gainesville, in an established industrial area, and is located near Ga. 365 with railway access..

"With 13-door docking capabilities, we'll enhance our receiving and shipping logistics immediately," said Chief Operating Officer Eric Tucker in a release.

The 124,000-square-foot structure will allow the company to meet customer and vendor needs along with its own personal business growth.

"We'll phase in our plans, likely with less than 10 employees at our startup of the distribution center," Tucker said.
