A Dawson County jury was seated Monday night after hours of questions to potential jurors in the murder trial of Herman James "Bo" Seppenfield VII, who is accused in the 2014 shooting death of a popular little league coach. Seppenfield, 51, is charged with felony murder, malice murder, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. Opening statements for trial that could take up to two weeks are set for Tuesday morning.
