Just over two months ago, Helene brought devastating flooding to spouses Heath and Regina Craig’s area of Fairview, North Carolina, known as Craigtown, killing 11 relatives and two other neighbors. The Craig family had to flee their home, making it down the mountain and eventually to the Dawsonville area, where they have an adult daughter.
