After 31 years with Hall County, Ret. Hall County Sheriff’s Office Capt. Brad Rounds said his retirement amounts to him effectively paying the county more than $500 per month for insurance. Rounds and other employees in an estimated $75 million class-action lawsuit argued their pension benefits were unlawfully frozen roughly 25 years ago.
