UPDATE: Dawson County teen indicted for alleged kidnapping, other serious crimes

Dawson County teen Denem Sweazey was again arrested on March 21, 2024 after being indicted on a charge of misdemeanor stalking, in addition to the other criminal charges against him.
A Dawson County teenager previously charged as an adult has now been formally accused of committing crimes including kidnapping in 2023.
