One of Dawson County’s healthcare complexes along the Ga. 400 corridor now has a new owner. Anchor Health Properties, a national healthcare real estate development, management and investment firm, recently closed on North Georgia Medical Plaza, according to a press release by Anchor’s Director of Marketing and Communications, Rachael Hall. This two-story, 35,497-square-foot outpatient medical office building (MOB) sits at 73 Prestige Lane and previously opened its doors to patients last year, the release stated.
