Dawson County could see more rainy weather after rounds of storms moved through the area Friday evening and early Saturday. 

Following rain showers Saturday morning, weather forecasts predict scattered thunderstorms Saturday afternoon that could bring some strong wind gusts to the area.

Hundreds of outages have been resolved across electricity providers Amicalola EMC’s and Sawnee EMC’s service areas in the county, updated outage maps showed. 

Dawson County Family Connection’s annual Family Fair event at Dawsonville’s Main Street Park ended early Friday evening as storms moved into the area.
