Bill McGuire, 62, of Alpharetta died Monday, Aug. 3, 2009.

He was a member of County Line Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife of 30 years, Fran McGuire of Alpharetta; children, Scott Whitt of Cumming and Amy McGuire of Freeport, Fla.; grandchildren, Melissa and James, Jessica and Alex, Cody and Damion; great-granddaughter, Ashley; brothers and sisters-in-law, Jimmy and Jenny McGuire of Temple, Ed and Bonnie McGuire, Terry and Tina McGuire, all of Douglasville and Shirley McGuire of Dallas, Ga.; sister and brother-in-law, Nelda and Kelly Allen of Dawsonville; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 6 at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Scott Truitt officiating.

Entombment followed in Greenlawn Cemetery.

Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
