Charles Clay Hulsey, 92, of Woodstock, died Sept. 24, 2016.

Charles was born in Miami, Fla. to Annie Patterson and Clay Hulsey in 1924.

He married Sylvia Christensen in Trenton, N.J., Sept. 18, 1948.

Charles served in World War II in 1943-1945.

He later worked at Phillips Electronics until his retirement.

Survivors include his wife, Sylvia Hulsey; daughter, Corliss Schwaller of Woodstock; daughter and son-in-law, Melissa and Danny Lord of Woodstock; daughter, Kim Hulsey Blankenship of Canton; grandchildren, Vincent Damiano, Noah Dye, Sylvia Dye and Tristan Dye; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Sept. 28 at Georgia National Cemetery.

Woodstock Funeral Home of Woodstock is in charge of the arrangements.
