Idell C. Mayfield, 91, of Dawsonville, died Nov. 23, 2010.

Idell was a member of Cross Roads Baptist Church.

Her son, Nathanial "Butch" Mayfield, preceded her in death.

Survivors include hers sons and daughters-in-law, Richard and Elaine Mayfield of LaGrange, Ronald Mayfield of Texas; daughters and son-in-law, Myra Payne Austin of Dawsonville, Annette and David Dill of Alabama; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; brothers and sister-in-law, Eugene and Inez Chambers, Junior Chambers, all of Cumming; sister, Marcelle Mathis of Gainesville; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Nov. 26 at Cross Roads Baptist Church with the Rev. Gerald Blackburn officiating. Interment followed at Cross Roads Baptist Church Cemetery.

Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
