Jack Freeman, 68, of Dahlonega, died May 28, 2010.

He was a member of Salem Methodist Church.

His wife, Janice Faye Freeman; and son, Joey Freeman, preceded him in death.

Survivors include his sons and daughter-in-law, David Freeman, Tim Freeman, both of Dahlonega, Steven and Theresa Freeman of Cumming; daughter and son-in-law, Brandy and Chris Phillips of Cumming; brother, Jimmy Freeman, Lawrence Freeman, both of Cumming; sister and brother-in-law, Betty and Glen Martin of Cumming; grandchildren, Phillip and Jay, Karissa, Adam, Brandon, Lexi and Krisanne; great-grandchildren, Jordan and Jeanne; various other relatives also survive.

Memorial services were held at 4 p.m. May 31 at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel.

Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
