James Marcel Mooney, 91, of Cumming, died Jan. 19, 2014.

James was a member of Shady Grove Baptist Church.

His first wife, Ina Mae Mooney; and his last wife, Rosie Mooney, preceded him in death.

Survivors include his daughter, Jackie Luther of Murphy, N.C.; stepdaughter, Mary Ann Sanders of Cumming; stepson, John Roy and Phyllis Clark of Marietta; brothers, Marcus Mooney of Commerce, Clayton Mooney of Cumming; sisters, Frances Garrett of Flowery Branch, Myrtle Mooney of Cumming; eight grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Jan. 21 in the chapel of the Ingram Funeral Home with the Rev. Ruel Martin officiating. Interment followed at Shady Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.

Ingram Funeral Home of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
