Jeanette Lurene Thompson, 83, of Commerce, died June 15, 2010.

Her husband, Charles Thompson and children, Linda Lee Camp and Daniel Frank Chester, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her son, David Argin Chester of Commerce; grandchildren, Lesa and (Bob) Spruell of Fayetteville, Lee and (Nikki) McElroy of Duluth, Abby and (Kevin) Delong of Dawsonville; great-grandchildren, Katie Spruell, Erin Spruell, Jaimee Spruell, Brandon and Hunter McElroy; sisters, Monnie Hughes and Allene Perry; various other relatives also survive.

Graveside services were held at 11 a.m. June 17 at Peachtree Road Baptist Church Cemetery in Suwanee.

Byars Funeral Home and Cremation Services was in charge of the arrangements.
