Jodi Lee Hendrix, 19, of Cumming, died April 4, 2011.

She was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church.

Her grandfathers, Raymond Bailey, Jimmy Hendrix and great-grandmother, Annie Day Holbert, preceded her in death.

Survivors include her father, Scott Hendrix of Cumming; mother, Penny Bailey of Cumming; brother, Blake Hendrix of Cumming sisters, Anni and Emili Bailey, both of Cumming; grandmothers, Mildred Bailey, Judy Hendrix, both of Cumming; great-grandmother, Monnie Hughes of Dawsonville; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. April 7 at Oak Grove Baptist Church with the Revs. Scott Sorrells, Ruel Martin and Terry Garrett officiating. Interment followed at Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.

Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
