Lillie Marie Mincey, 73, of Cumming, died Tuesday, May 12, 2009.

Her husband, D.J. Mincey; parents, Carl and Azilee Grindle; brother, Charlie Grindle; brother-in-law, Billie Hughes; and, sister and brother-in-law, Irnee and Edward Hughes preceded her in death.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Lynn and Daryl Tatum of Cumming; sons and daughter-in-law, Darryl Mincey, Dwayne and Janie Mincey, all of Cumming, the Rev. Ricky and Linda Mincey of Dawsonville; grandchildren, Ann, Amy, Stacey and Nicki Mincey, Evan, Casey and Dylan Tatum, Scott Abernathy, all of Cumming, J.R. Mincey, Amanda Rogers, both of Dawsonville; sister, Kathleen Hughes; brother and sisters-in-law, Rayford and Janice Grindle, Billy and Martha Sue Grindle, Imogene Hubbard, all of Cumming; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services were held at 3 p.m., Friday, May 15 at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Larry Vaughan and Tim Hubbard officiating.

Interment followed at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens.

Ingram Funeral Home & Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
