Roger Billy Martin, 71, of Dawsonville, died Aug. 29, 2012.

Survivors include his wife, Maria; children, Marty and Elsa Martin, Quinn and Rebecca Martin, Betsy Driver; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; various other relatives also survive.

A celebration of life memorial service is planned for 11 a.m. Sept. 22 at Fowler Park Pavilion, 4110 Caroline Way, Cumming. The family will receive guests at this time, lunch will follow.

In lieu of flowers, donations are requested made to the American Cancer Society.

Byars Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Cumming is in charge of the arrangements.
