Thomas "Cotton" Holbrook, 57, of Cumming, died Jan. 14, 2011.

His father, Thomas Elber Holbrook, and brother, James Holbrook, preceded him in death.

Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Tonya and Eddie Douglas of Cumming; mother, Annie Maud Holbrook of Cumming; grandchildren, Johan Julian and Marlow; brother and sister-in-law, Tony and Linda Holbrook of Cumming; sister and brother-in-law, Connie and Tommy Ross of Dawsonville; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services were held at 4 p.m. Jan. 16 at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Edward Callahan, Danny Ray Martin, Jack Biddy and Gene Carnes officiating. Interment followed at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens.

Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
