Wayne "Hubbcapp" Hubbard, 57, of Dawsonville, died June 21, 2011.

Wayne was born in Cumming on Dec. 21, 1953.

His parents, Gleen and Bell Hubbard, preceded him in death.

Survivors include his wife, Donna Hubbard; daughters, Brittney and Amanda Hubbard, both of Dawsonville; son, Billy Bush of Commerce; two granddaughters and four grandsons; various other relatives also survive.

Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. June 24 in the chapel of the Ingram Funeral Home with the Revs. Joey Gilbert and J.W. Day officiating. Interment followed in Sawnee View Memorial Gardens.

Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory of Cumming was in charge of the arrangements.
