Wayne Kyler, 54, of Dawsonville, died Nov. 8, 2011.

Born Feb. 26, 1957, Mr. Kyler was a native of Guilford, Conn., and had lived in Dawson County for the past 20 years.

Wayne was a supervisor with the Forsyth County Water Department.

He was a great lover of animals and enjoyed his time on his Harley.

Survivors include his wife, Lisa Callaway Kyler of Dawsonville; stepchildren, Ryan Patrick Dyer, Jessica Danielle Callaway, both of Dawsonville; parents, Warren and Catherine Kyler of Dawsonville; sister and brother-in-law, Tracy Kyler and Edward Smith of Wesley Chapel, Fla.; nephew, Tyler Smith of Wesley Chapel, Fla.; various other relatives also survive.

Memorial services were held at 2 p.m. Nov. 12 at Bearden Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Steven Kyle officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations were requested made to the Dawson County Humane Society, 633 Martin Road, Dawsonville, GA 30534.

Bearden Funeral Home of Dawsonville was in charge of the arrangements.
