The Dawson County High School boys’ soccer team closed the season with a 4-0 loss to Westminster in Atlanta on Friday night.
Three of the four goals scored by Westminster came by way of penalty kicks.
The Tigers finished the season with a third-place finish in Region 8-AA and an overall record of 10-7.
The season marked the fourth consecutive year that Dawson County has finished with double digit wins.
Playing in their last game as a Tiger were: Sam Edwards, Eian Perry, Ethan Brown and Cody McGinnis.
With the win, Westminster moved on to play Calhoun in the next round.
Westminster has a #2 ranking in AA and an impressive 15-4 record.
